Returns & Shipping
Do You Accept Returns?
We don't accept returns as every item is handmade. Prickly Petal Boutique does offer store credit if an item is reported as defective (detailed description and pictures will be required) within 24 hours of item being confirmed delivered. All store credits are at the discretion of Prickly Petal Boutique and just because you request one, doesn't mean you will get one. You will also be responsible for return shipping cost with delivery confirmation of any items being presented for store credit.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
What happens if my package is delayed?
Once an order is handed to the carrier, shipping timelines are outside of our control. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us and we will assist however possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to our process, once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled. If you no longer want the items purchased, consider gifting them to someone in need.

What does “Grace. Grit. Growth.” mean?
Grace means you are not disqualified by your past.
Grit means you take the first courageous step toward God anyway.
Growth means you allow Him to change you over time.
This brand exists for women who are ready to stop hiding in shame and start walking — imperfectly, but intentionally.
Are your products handmade?
Yes.
Many of our pieces — especially our Bible sleeves and sewn items — are handcrafted in-house. Because of this, slight variations may occur. Each piece is made with intention and prayerful purpose.
What is the purpose of the Scripture sewn into your items?
The Scripture is not decorative.
It is there to ground you — especially on days when shame, doubt, or fear try to speak louder than truth.
It is a reminder to open the Word.
To return.
To continue.
I don’t feel “strong” in my faith. Is this still for me?
Especially then.
This brand is not for perfect Christians.
It is for women willing to take the next step — even if that step is small.
Is this a ministry?
We are a faith-based business rooted in Scripture and transformation. While we are not a church or nonprofit organization, our mission is centered around Grace, Grit, and Growth in Christ.

How long does processing take?
Processing times vary depending on the item:
• Handmade sewn pieces: typically 5–10 business days
• Apparel: typically 5–7 business days
• Ready-to-ship items: 2–3 business days
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Do you restock items?
Some pieces are part of our core collection and may restock.
Others — especially sparkle tees or seasonal releases — may be limited and not restocked once sold out.
If something you love is unavailable, we encourage joining our email list for restock updates.
Will my handmade item look exactly like the photo?
Due to the handcrafted nature of many of our products, slight variations in fabric placement, stitching, or rhinestone design may occur.
Each piece is intentionally made and uniquely yours.
How do I care for my sparkle tees?
To protect rhinestones and print:
• Wash inside out
• Use cold water
• Hang dry or tumble dry low
• Avoid ironing directly on design
Proper care extends the life of your piece.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards (excluding American Express), as well as other secure checkout methods offered at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through our ecommerce platform. We do not store your payment information.
