It says pre-shrunk does that mean it won't shrink?

Pre-shrunk items are put through a process that will greatly limit the shrinking of an item in the wash, especially ones that are 100% cotton. Washing in cold water and hang drying is always a great precaution method if you are concerned about shrinking.

Do these shirts run true to size or do you have to get one size bigger
